The modern conference area has 4 function rooms benefitting from natural daylight. The Mozart room (206 m²) is created by opening the Bach (100 m²), Schubert (52 m²) and Händel (30 m²) conference rooms to the foyer, and can accommodate up to 100 event participants seated in rows of chairs. The Beethoven room (30 m²) is ideal for hosting boardroom meetings.

Facilities

All conference rooms are located on the ground floor and benefit from wheelchair access. The rooms are carpeted and filled with natural daylight.
The floor-to-ceiling windows can be shuttered as required.

Conference packages


We offer full-day conference packages from € 89.00 per person and day.

Services included in all conference packages:

  • Room hire for the event room
  • IT-flat rate (1x Smart-TV with “ClickShare“, 1x flipchart with paper and pens, 1x moderator’s case, 1x pin board)
  • Self-service refrigerator in the event room with mineral water (Selters classic, medium or still) and a selection of juices
  • Freshly brewed coffee and tea selection, and a "candy-bar" in the foyer

Other services such as more formal coffee breaks, lunch and/or dinner, and drinks to accompany meals can be added to supplement the above-mentioned services.

Additional standard services included:

  • Provision of leather writing pads, notepad and pen, small snack
  • Competent advice and support from initial inquiry to invoice
  • Dedicated contact persons throughout the event
  • Professional organisation and handling of your event by our motivated operations team

Our conference packages can be booked for a minimum of 10 participants.
